Coaching sessions for individuals are private and confidential. The client sets the agenda for what is discussed in the meeting by coming prepared to discuss their individual needs and/or progress. Sessions generally last between 45 to 50 minutes and are offered over the phone, in person or via web cam. Assessments may be administered as deemed necessary.
Group coaching sessions can be arranged by employers for their intact or cross functional teams.
Career Coaching
Career coaching sessions are generally requested by people that are looking to make a change in the workplace. These individuals are either contemplating moving to a career in a different field, trying to win a promotion at work or land a better job with their current employer.

A Professional Development Plan (PDP) is developed and implemented by the client.

Personal development coaching is geared to the individual who is seeking to make changes in their life but is unsure about the direction they should take. Whether the changes are of a personal or professional nature the coach can assist the individual in developing the techniques and formulating the questions the need to ask to help them clarify their thinking, discover a new direction, and develop a plan to move ahead in life.

Executive Coaching
Arrangements can be made to provide coaching services for senior management and executives. These sessions are highly customized to pinpoint areas of development that have already been targeted or to explore “career stoppers” that can stall or completely derail your career. These arrangements can be made for terms of six months or longer.

Our Fee Schedule
Coaching packages or individual sessions may be purchased.
Coaching Package I
- Four sessions lasting between 45 to 60 minutes each.
- Sessions are conducted over a period of five weeks.
- With a 24 hour notice sessions may be cancelled and rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice are not subject to rescheduling and are not refundable.
Cost: $475.00
Coaching Package II
- Six sessions lasting between 45 to 60 minutes each.
- Sessions are conducted over a period of eight weeks.
- With a 24 hour notice sessions may be cancelled and rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice are not subject to rescheduling and are not refundable.
Cost: $575.00
“Check In” for Value Added Service:
All coaching packages include free “check in services” that allow the client to access the coach and ask questions regarding their situation that may come up between sessions. We are sorry but this service cannot be made available for those who schedule individual sessions.
Individual Sessions
- Individual sessions lasting between 45 to 60 minutes can be scheduled.
- Sessions are scheduled at least one week in advance.
- With a 24 hour notice the session may be cancelled and rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice are not subject to rescheduling and are not refundable.
Cost: $ 120.00 per session
